Is the server for the Cadra View Express stored here in the US? The reason is we have ITAR controlled items that non-US persons would not be able to access without a license. It appears as though the data is sent (Securely) to a server, (unknown location), and then returned back in a readable format. Perfect for the application, but trying to be pro-active before downloading software and having regulatory issues.

There is no info related to the server's availability and location, but I can teach you a trick to see where is located. Firstly, close all the applications then download TCPview. Start TCPView and move it aside where you can see it. Start the Cadra application and when you see an IP in the TCPView appearing as a new connection then that should be the server that's connecting to. Once you get the IP, use an IPLocation service to view its approximate location (City,Country).
