Upgrade problem.

Our new/upgraded Auricle Plus won't perform any functions (besides Talkback). Error msg "Transducer is not HL-calibrated! To HL-calibrate contact a technician". Our technician says it should work from his perspective and our in-house tech guy says it should work from his perspective. From my perspective it's not working.

There isn't much about the AURICAL Plus Audiometer when it comes to the upgrade procedure. If your technicians say that it works, but you believe there is another problem, then I recommend contacting the official developer. You can either use the Knowledge Base or the Contact US page to get in touch with the developer. If you are an active client, the tech support should take care of the problems you might have with this software. I have recommended this way because no info is available when it comes to troubleshooting.
