When do they plan to bring out ToPo 11? Do you know if ToPo 10 and/or 11 will run on Windows 10?

Currently the software works on Microsoft Windows 7/8 with 1GB of RAM. There is no information related to the upgrade of the software for the upcoming Windows system.
