Can this application convert .dwg 2015 files to .dwg 2007?

Yes, it can convert .dwg 2015 files to .dwg 2007. Once you open application, press the enter image description here button, add your file using enter image description here icon, select Convert to 2007 and then press Convert:

If you double-click the Convert to 2007 option or press Conversion Setups button, you will have the possibility to configure the converting parameters:
