Available updates for the application.

Question

I was told by the manager of Jo Ann's store there were no upgrades for 4D? Now I find there are. Do I need to purchase 6D?

The only way to obtain updates to the application is through the Support section. Unfortunately, the only way to access the updates section is through the member's area. You will need your username and password to access that section. Access the support page then click on the 4D Embroidery Updates link on the right menu and you should have the possibility to download the updates. The 6D Embroidery is necessary if you want new features, new machine support and any other features it might offers.
