SendToQuickBase is not saving my SENT emails to Quickbase from Outlook. How do I fix this? SendToQuickBase is not removing signatures and previous emails, although those preferences are selected in Options. How do I fix this?
I have a colleague who used this software in the paste and he said it worked correctly. You will need to make sure that Outlook is installed and running properly and you also have a support version. Secondly, the SendToQuickBase needs to be updated to latest version and the required modules to be installed as well.
