Can't play the game because of an update.

Question

I purchased Royal Flush Solitaire and can't get to the poker room as it keeps telling me to do the upgrade. Also I can't get it to full screen.

If the game is acquired through the Big Fish Games, then you have to apply the updated in order to play it. I recommend right clicking the game in the Big Fish client to select Update. Apply the update, then start the game. Once it started, press ALT + Enter and the game will be forced to enter Fullscreen.
