I live in South Africa and in January this year I purchased and Downloaded the Hallmark Deluxe Card Studio 2015. I also paid for a backup disc of which I have not received. Please advise when I might receive the said disc. If this e-mail does not pertain to you, I would be obliged if you could give me a contact e-mail address to which I can direct my query.

You will have to get in touch with your postal service to check if a package is ready for dispatch. Secondly, access their website and click on the Live Chat enter image description here button. A new window will open from where you can get in touch with the developer. He should provide all the necessary information related to the purchase.
