Wordfeud: can't see the notification of movements

Question

I can't see the icon when my opponent has completed a word. I have a Galaxy S2 smartphone. I am playing Wordfeud free.

You can't see the notifications because the phone is in Battery Saver mode or the SYNC option is turned off. You can activate it from the Settings > Accounts > Account name. Additionally, you have to be connected to the Internet and the notification setting to be turned on. Use the image below to see exactly what you need to activate.
