Received the installed the program but after the install it dramatically slowed down my computer. So, I removed and tried to reinstall the application but it has failed. I also have not received my package that was to be delivered in two days. I've spent $239, and have received no product or services.

All the payment and delivery options should be handled by the support technicians. You actually paid a lot of money and the best way to get information is through their support service. You have the possibility to call them using the following number 1-800-348-6147. Secondly, access the page and scroll down to the Existing Customers. Click the Resources link and you should see the available options.
