How do I download Creative Element?

Your website says download here, but when I click on that I get an option to download some screen capture program I am not interested in. I have used CE for years but changed computers and need to re-download and repurchase. I hope the program is still available.

Actually, the product is not available anymore. The name appears on the official website, but it's just a text. No page is set up to lead you to downloads or somewhere you can get more information. The old page of the application shows a Not Found error message which means the software is discontinued and after more research I have found that the developer discontinued this product:
