Relief Data Entry System problems.

Question

I received an error: "Errorhandler.prg does not exist" on my Relief Data Entry System 2.1. What should I do? I can't back up the system file because it estates that some file s are missing.

In order to fix the missing file issue, I recommend that you download and reinstall the software over your current version. If this doesn't help, try contacting the support team using 981-8888 phone number or contact_us@cctr.bir.gov.ph email address.

In my case. The error occurred because I unintentionally opened the BIR Relief Twice. Just open only ONE BIR Relief Program to avoid this kind of error.
