How to get the currenly phone number from Viber?

My phone was stolen last week. The thief changed the SIM card and used my phone and Viber account +959448014908. Can I get the currently phone number and location of thief that is using my Viber account and my phone?

You can get the location if you add that number to the new phone and Viber. Then, attempt to chat with him without revealing your name and details. If he has the location option activated, simply tap the "●" indicator and the maps application will display its location. After this procedure, contact local authorities and continue to chat with the thief. However, once the location has been disabled, there is no way to find the location of the phone.
