These applications are hard to find based on the platform of your phone. For S40 phone like yours I have found EzSpot Premium which does the same thing as JoikuSpot. Be aware that this application only allows the creation of Ad-Hoc Wireless networks and many devices (although they are newer) don't know how to connect to this protocol because it's basically too old and inefficient. Visit the home of the application in Nokia Ovi Story by clicking on the name of the application and use the Phone Selection (above application's name) and see if it's compatible with your phone and if the result doesn't satisfy then you should return to Joikuspot because it's the best of this genre.
