Creating a query form or converting a requisition to a query leads to the error "No matching data found." The requisition form can be printed normally and the line items are in order.
There isn't much support for the software. The official website doesn't offer any way to troubleshoot the application errors that might appear. I recommend checking the built-in Help database. Go to Help > Contents and search for the common errors encountered in the application. Login with your credentials and then you should have the possibility to post on the support forums.
