I am getting the following message: "Welcome to Zedge Tonesync for iTunes retrieving configuration from Zedge servers. Error connecting to iTunes. Please verify your iTunes installation. Zedge ToneSync will keep trying".

As you can see in the error, there is a problem with the Zedge servers. I don't see the connection of online servers and iTunes, but you should reinstall it or at least perform a repair operation. Go to Start > Uninstall a program (search box). Locate iTunes, then click on Uninstall. Choose Repair and wait for the process to finish. Once it's finished, make sure that it's allowed to connect to Internet in Firewall and try using Zedge again.

This could also be a problem related to Zedge servers. Contact them using the following form: http://www.zedge.net/contact/

Go to "This PC" (could also be my computer) then click on Acer (C: ) it may be under another name for your computer, then click on Program files, then scroll to find iTunes once you find iTunes right click on and select copy, once you have copied it go back to the previous page and click on Program files (x86) should be right under Program files, then once in there right click and select paste, and it should copy the iTunes file and after it completes that you are done and Tonesync should then work.
