I have downloaded and installed the application and it worked normally. There was no error and I was able to create the albums until I had the possibility to finish them. The problem you encounter can be caused by a virus infection, file compatibility, file corruption. I advise you re-install the product using the direct download URL then open it again and create the photoalbum you want.
Secondly, right click the executable file and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose a version of Windows prior to the one currently installed on your computer. It should work this way.
