If the ball infinitely loops, there is no in-game solution. Just closing the window. What can I do on level 23?
I have played the application and never encountered a loop with the ball. However, this is just a simple game developed on Flash platform. I don't think you will get much support about it, but you can try using the Contact form available for users.
