The Zain router needs to have GSM support. There are some modems and carriers which allow sending SMS through the administration interface (eg. Orange). If you are connected to the router, go to Start > Run > cmd. Type ipconfig|findstr "Default gateway". Note the IP and paste it on a browser tab. Access the administration interface, then you should be able to send SMS messages.
