I would like to recommend you a free tool, which does the job extremely well and it outputs a great number of video formats. The software is called PowerDVDPoint Lite.
Start the application, browse to your ppt/pptx file and choose output options, video settings and destination of the conversion. The output video won't have a watermark embedded in your movie.
