It's unknown if the software works on Windows Server 2008/2012 or not because the official website is out of business. At the time of access, I couldn't load the website because of their problems. There are two possibilities in this case:
Wait for the website to come up (www.corda.com)
Look for another product, because this one might be discontinued as well.
