Since there is no troubleshooting information for this software, you will have to overcome the error manually. The first thing you need to do is to backup the data. Use the application's built-in Export/Save/Backup module to save the database to a file on another partition. After this process, completely wipe the application from your system using its own uninstaller. Re-install it back after the computer has been restarted, import the database and then attempt to do it again. The error you had above is part of the application which means that the database should be fine.
