Walgreens picture mover pop up won't go away.

I have had Walgreens Picture mover on my computer for many years. I recently moved some photos to my picture file on my HP Laptop and now a Picture Mover pop up that says "We were unable to authenticate with your Walgreens photo center account. Please re-enter your user name a password". I cannot get this to go away. What should I do?

You will have to make sure that your Internet connection is active and working, then start the software and log in the Center. It's possible that the service is in maintenance and because of that you keep receiving errors related to the login procedure. Attempt to log in again and if it's not working, simply uninstall the application then download a new package from the official website and log in again. It should work correctly this time.
