Problem downloading files.

I am attempting to download a small data file from the instrument's flash memory, but the AZFPLink software only retries 10 times and then shows a warning saying "Error downloading file". The file then appears on my computer, but it's empty (0 bytes). Can you help?

You need to check the configuration settings and the driver of the device (in case it uses one). Make sure all the configuration is properly set up in the Settings menu of AzflLink, then go to Device Manager and locate all the missing drivers. Right click the items in yellow and select Update Driver. Notice that the device needs to be connected to PC to work. There also might be the situation when the software is corrupted (or at least some files from its installation). In this case you should repair or re-install it through Uninstall a program in Control panel.
