How can i set a higher bitrate when converting flac files to mp3 in FREE FLAC TO MP3 CONVERTER?

I find you program, Free FLAC to MP3 Converter, to be simple and usefull. I would like to convert at a higher bitrate. The first few have been converting at a bitrate of 133. Is there any help for this? Thanks you, Steve Snodgrass

Instead of MP3 I'm trying to convert to ALAC, Apple lossless. How do I do this?
