Problem with the camera connection.

In our system, it is saying that our camera is disconnected. This happened before and the team reset the Internet and it was working.

If the problem is directly related to the Internet, then the only way is to reset either the adapters or the routers/switches that are connected to the camera. To reset the network adapters, go to Start > Run > ncpa.cpl and right click the connected adapters then use Disable and Enable. To reset the router or modem, either connect to it Administration interface or press the reset button and the problem should be fixed.
