Imported JT structure does not work.

Interviews 3D is able to import JT product structures and load referenced JT models, but it does not work. How must the reference inside the JT structure look like to point correctly to the JT model ?

There isn't much information about this software. The application is presented as being available, but no troubleshooting can be obtained. In this case, the only thing remaining is the contact option found on the same page. Access the page and contact the developer. He should provide all the necessary instructions to overcome this error.
