The official documentation doesn't offer support for using F16-F19 keys. If you attempt to set these keys in the editor windows, the application will give you an error saying: "You can't assign this key because it is used by a system shortcut". No, it's not possible to use the F16-G19 keys on your keyboard. However, install the application and test it by yourself to see exactly.
