I have received via email my licence No., expire date, receipt date , serial No. etc but I don't know what to do next. Can you explain?

After you have received the necessary details, start the application from the desktop or from where it was installed on and click on Abort button because it will automatically begin scanning. Once you stop the process, tap on the Enter License then enter the activation code you received on your email address and press on Activate and that's it. The product should be activated and ready to be used. Check the image below to see the exact instructions:
