I don't think there is any developer around here. You will have to browse the product's name on Google to see exactly what is the website. Only the developer can re-issue the serial number in order to register the application. Access its page, then go to Contact or Support page and request another serial number, based on your purchase. Keep in mind that the procedure might not be available for this purpose.
