Updating CallRex Client.

The Call Rex client has been installed with no issues. When I log in to Call Rex an "Updating CallRex Client" error is displayed showing "Please close all the CallRex applications under execution.

I have verified within Services and Task Manager there is no services/applications running.

The official website doesn't offer any information about updates, except eligibility. This is something else. The update error could be caused by various elements like: corrupted package, wrong version downloaded, corrupted application, permissions, etc.

I recommend closing all the applications, then launch only CallRex Call Recording Service and attempt to update it.
