The F90SQL application doesn't appear to be supported anymore. This means, it's impossible to provide support about an app that's nowhere to be found. There is no download or a document to explain the dump operation. If you still have the software installed go to Help and read about it from that section. This is the only way you can do that, through the built-in Help support.
