If you can't log in to the VoipAlot service, then I recommend checking the official help from MobileVoip. When you try accessing VoipAlot website, it automatically redirects to the MobileVoip website. They have a support page where you can find answers to most common problems. Unfortunately, there is no direct line with the developers. This means you can't talk to them directly.
