The easiest way is through the Network Connection in Control Panel. To do this, go to Start > Run > ncpa.cpl. The Network Connection window will open. Right click the connected adapter and choose Status > Details and the IP address will be shown.
Alternatively, go to Start > Run > cmd and type ipconfig|findstr "IPv4".
