I don't think the programs is the faulty one right here, but still, re-install it because you don't have anything to lose. It's just a simple application which manages images from Canon cameras. However, it's possible that the software requires upgrading or if you use another Windows version other than the one released for a specific version, then you will encounter issues.
Access Canon Support, and enter the details about your Canon cameras, because it's possible you have to download another version of Zoom Browser EX.
Next, check the drivers in Device Manager. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure that all drivers are installed.
