Trying to print a newsletter with color from iMac from 940c or 845c, but both print in B&W only with this device.

The iMac and my Mac will not print the documents with color-only grey scale. When I connect the printer back to an HP it prints documents with color. There used to be a page preview button on the print page but it is not visible and I cannot change to full color on the Mac. What do I do?

When you're printing, go to Print then switch to the Media & Quality. Once you are in that menu, the Mac should give you the possibility to print in color mode, black and white or both. From the Media & Quality go to Color Options and choose ColorSmart/sRGB. This will give you the possibility to print in Color Mode.
