Discount down in transactions.

I have downloaded a platform which I have stopped operating for some time and now that I find that I have discounted fifty dollars in less than a month due to inactivity. I think it's not right what they did because there was no advance warning, I have not received any communication to tell me about these measures. What should I do?

Access the website, then click on Online Support menu and fill the form. They are the only ones who can provide information about this software and the procedures done within the interface or on the servers.
