Roxio Creator and laptop died.

My laptop with Roxio Creator 12 PRO died. I need to download a copy and use my registration. Is that possible?

You will have to contact Technical Support in order to obtain a new package to install it. The product is not available as a download option on their website. The tech support should provide all the necessary downloads and registration if your purchase is verified.
