How can I convert my Sony videos to WMV?

I used to convert my Sony videos with PMB to WMV format. It seems this is no longer possible with Play Memories Home. Can you please help me out? I need it to make some movie player videos.

If PMB was installed to your computer, PlayMemories Home performed an overwrite which means the software is no longer available. Among availability, the Video Disc Copier is also not available anymore according to the information released on the official website. Access the website, and then click the Specification button and read the answer to the first question.
