I paid for and downloaded the product on Windows XP (Invoice 1061799954 on 31/10/14). It would not open for me, so you sent me another download with a new license number.
Unfortunately. My computer crashed again and now, I've switched to Windows 7 and lost your download once again.
Originally for an additional fee, you were selling a c/d of that program which I would happily pay if that is still possible, if unfortunately, I have another problem with my computer. I would also like to purchase your program for enlarging photos without losing clarity or details, etc.
Please let me know how I can solve my problems. I have been a professional traveler for over 40 years and now teach many photography courses. I am willing to pay for whatever your reasonable charges would be.
