Problems with the purchase of Stitchworks software.

I bought and downloaded the Stitchworks software directly from their website nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven't been contacted by the developer with the serial number so I can use the software. I have tried to email them but had no response. Please can you advise me how can I get in touch with them, or whether you could supply me with a serial no.?

No one will have the power to give you a serial number or provide support except the official developer of the application. You will need to insist using the contact form or call the developer directly. The contact form can be found on the Contact Us page at its website. I've been trying to purchase it and I can't even do that. I can't figure out how to get a serial number either. It's like it's not available to purchase anymore or something. I'm confused as well.
