I recently bought some smart meters (model DDSY866) for personal use and came across this program. I would like to know if this software would work for the meters I purchased, is it free, if not, can I purchase a key to use it, and finally what would it cost?

There is no information about this software. It doesn't appear to be available for downloading or purchasing. I can't provide additional information if the software can't be found on its official website or on Google. You might need to use something else, because Meter Manager System is not available anymore. Access the database of Software Informer in order to look for another application.
