If the purchase was digitally made (purchased from a website), then all the information about it (receipt, download URL, registration data) should be provided to you by email. You should check the email used to buy it. This is the only way to obtain information about your purchase or contact the seller and explain that, although you have paid, you can't find it to install, register, use, etc.
