Appears to be a problem with NetSafe or Atlantic Broadband. Any way to get this fixed, faster?
This could mean two things:
The software is discontinued and the software you have is useless, therefore a replacement is required.
You have an Internet problem and the software can't access the update servers. You will need to check if the Firewall allows the software to connect. To add an application to the exclusion list, go to Start > Control panel > System & Security > Windows Firewall. Click on Add a program through Windows Firewall and follow the instructions.
