How do I play Totalminer in offline mode?

I want to play this game with my friend/friends but they got internet around them and they say I need to be online to play. I need help!

Since it's an Xbox Live Indie Game, you can play this game in multiplayer mode with players up to 24 or in the offline mode using the Creative setting. You will need a Xbox Live Gold account in order to access Live Store to download the game. Offline mode is possible only when you use single player.
