Sending technician on site.

Good morning, we are an Avaya business partner and I have a customer in Korea which is requesting a technician on site. I wanted to inquire to whom I should email the service order? Normally we send our service requests to, but I have been trying for a few days with no response. Can you please advise who I should send our new requests to?

You will need to take advantage of the live chat to get more information about this issue. I don't have the privilege to tell you exactly who you should send, but I can lead you to the correct section on the Avaya website to talk to one of their support technicians. Use the following page and engage in a live chat with a support agent. He should provide all the support you need to overcome this issue.
