Sending technician on site.

Good morning, we are an Avaya business partner and I have a customer in Korea which is requesting a technician on site. I wanted to inquire to whom I should email the service order? Normally we send our service requests to thkim@arisys.co.kr, but I have been trying for a few days with no response. Can you please advise who I should send our new requests to?
