Zapya is just a file sharing tool. The application doesn't have the possibility to convert your files. If you can't play the files that have been transferred, then it means you have transferred files that are in an unrecognizable format. Check the manual of the device you're transferring the files to and then transfer all the files you need. Additionally, install MX Player from the Play Store if you use an Android phone.
