Resetting the firmware means that you will need to reset the chip of the device which is not recommended at all. This job has to be done by service support because they have the tools for this kind of jobs. Doing it by yourself increases the chance that you'll brick the product thus making it non-functional for ever. There are some ways of doing this but I can not provide the methods since they are not approved by official Samsung support service.
