I cannot play videos with a program other than Download manager.

I downloaded "DOWNLOAD MANAGER" from Google Play on my phone "App with green circle with arrow facing downwards" and it works perfectly fine. But the problem I am facing is that I cannot play the videos other than the program itself. When I search the files in my phone it does not let me open it. It used to let me move it to different folders but now I can't. Is there a way to open these files in my phone other than program itself?
