Unfortunately, there is no support available for this application which means you will have to manually troubleshoot it. The error above could be caused by a bug in the application, compatibility, required security permissions, etc. The first thing you need to do is to re-install the product. After its installation, right click the executable and choose Run as Administrator. Additionally, set the compatibility to another operating system using right click on file then Properties > Compatibility.
